Abstract
Urządzenie do badań procesów sorpcyjnych sorbatów gazowych w warunkach izobarycznych na sorbencie poddanym obciążeniu quasi-hydrostatycznemu oraz do pomiaru wpływu tych procesów na zmiany objętości sorbentu, zawierające wypełnioną cieczą komorę ciśnieniową z próbką sorbentu i zaopatrzoną w tłokowy zadajnik obciążenia napędzany silnikiem krokowym za pośrednictwem śruby dociskowej, przy czym silnik krokowy połączony jest z układem sterowania, który połączony jest z przetwornikiem ciśnienia osadzonym na komorze ciśnieniowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że próbka sorbentu umieszczona w układzie wysokociśnieniowym uszczelniona jest z zewnątrz gumowym płaszczem (G) i deklami na obu jej końcach, wlotowym (Din) i wylotowym (Dout), przy czym dekiel wlotowy (Din) połączony jest z układem zasilającym gazu, którego rolę pełni butla z sorbatem, a dekiel wylotowy (Dout) połączony jest z układem do bilansowania gazu, a na obu końcach rury wlotowym i wylotowym znajdują się czujniki ciśnienia gazu (Pin, Pout), a ponadto zadajnik obciążenia umieszczony na pobocznicy rury ciśnieniowej zaopatrzony jest w czujnik (CP) rejestrujący ruch śruby dociskowej.A device for testing the sorbate sorbate processes in isobaric conditions on a sorbent subjected to quasi-hydrostatic loading and for measuring the effect of these processes on changes in the sorbent volume, containing a liquid-filled pressure chamber with a sorbent sample and equipped with a piston load adjuster driven by a stepper motor via a pressure screw, the stepper motor is connected to the control system, which is connected to the pressure transducer mounted on the pressure chamber, characterized by the fact that the sorbent sample placed in the high-pressure system is sealed from the outside with a rubber jacket (G) and lids at both its inlet ends ( Din) and exhaust (Dout), where the inlet cap (Din) is connected to the gas supply system, which is played by the sorbate cylinder, and the outlet cap (Dout) is connected to the gas balance system, and at both ends of the inlet and there are gas pressure sensors (Pin, Po ut), and in addition, the load adjuster located on the side of the pressure pipe is equipped with a sensor (CP) recording the movement of the pressure screw.
