Abstract

Maszyna do profilowania rolkowego blachy zawierająca szereg stacji profilujących, z których każda ma parę równoległych do siebie wałów z dopełniającymi się rolkami profilującymi do stopniowego profilowania blachy pomiędzy rolkami, znamienna tym, że zawiera: szereg par obrotowych mocowań gwiaździstych (30A) z promieniowymi ramionami, na których są zamocowane stacje profilujące (10) tak, że wały (11, 12) danej stacji rozciągają się pomiędzy ramionami pierwszego i drugiego mocowania (30A) danej pary mocowań, przy czym na każdej parze obrotowych mocowań gwiaździstych (30A) są zamocowane co najmniej dwie różne stacje profilujące (10), z których każda jest przystosowana do kształtowania innego profilu blachy; przy czym przy jednym z obrotowych mocowań gwiaździstych (30A) w każdej parze mocowań gwiaździstych (30A) znajduje się: napęd stacji (20) do napędzania stacji profilującej (10); oraz mechanizm sprzęgający (50) do rozłącznego sprzęgania napędu stacji (20) ze stacją profilującą (10) ustawioną w ustalonej pozycji roboczej w danej parze obrotowych mocowań gwiaździstych (30A).
