Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do wytwarzania sztywnej pianki poliuretanowej o dobrych właściwościach mechanicznych i przedłużonym czasie syntezy, przeznaczonej zwłaszcza na biomateriały stosowane do izolacji termicznych i akustycznych w przemyśle budowlanym, zawierająca poliol pochodzenia petrochemicznego i biopoliol, 4,4'-diizocyjanian difenylometanu, antypiren, katalizator oraz ewentualnie napełniacz, zawiera biopoliol otrzymany w drodze upłynniania łupin orzecha włoskiego. Jako napełniacz zawiera napełniacz pochodzenia roślinnego.The subject of the application is a composition for the production of rigid polyurethane foam with good mechanical properties and extended synthesis time, intended especially for biomaterials used for thermal and acoustic insulation in the construction industry, containing polyol of petrochemical origin and biopolyol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, antipyrene, catalyst and, optionally, the filler, comprises a biopolyol obtained by liquefying walnut shells. It contains a plant-derived filler as filler.
