Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest jednoskładnikowa kompozycja do wytwarzania pianki poliuretanowej o zmniejszonej zawartości MDI zawierająca prepolimer, zwykłe środki pomocnicze dla pianek poliuretanowych i porofor, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako środki pomocnicze zawiera min. glinokrzemiany warstwowe do obniżenia gęstości piany poliuretanowej, korzystnie na bazie montmorylonitu. Kolejnymi przedmiotami wynalazku jest jej zastosowanie do wytwarzania pianek oraz pianka powstała na bazie kompozycji.The subject of the invention is a one-component composition for the production of polyurethane foam with reduced MDI content containing prepolymer, common auxiliaries for polyurethane foams and blowing agent, characterized in that it contains min. layered aluminosilicates for reducing the density of polyurethane foam, preferably based on montmorillonite. Further objects of the invention are its use in the production of foams and foam based on compositions.
