Abstract
Dachówka fotowoltaiczna zawierająca przeciwelektrodę, ciekły elektrolit i fotoanodę, charakteryzuje się tym, że fotoanodę (2) stanowi szklana płytka (3) połączona z warstwą transparentnego tlenku przewodzącego (4), nanowarstwą tlenku tytanu (5) osadzoną metodą ALD oraz półprzewodnik typu n w postaci nanokrystalicznego tlenku tytanu (6) z zaadsorbowanym barwnikiem (7), do której przylega warstwa ciekłego elektrolitu (8), połączona z przeciwelektrodą (9) składającą się z warstwy platyny (10) osadzonej sitodrukiem oraz warstwy transparentnego tlenku przewodzącego w postaci tlenku cyny domieszkowanej fluorem FTO lub tlenku indowo cynowego ITO (11) oraz dachówki (12). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania dachówki fotowoltaicznej.
