Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania nośnika do immobilizacji żywych mikroorganizmów polegający na tym, że gumę ksantanową rozpuszcza się w roztworze chlorku litu (LiCl) o stężeniu 10-3 M, przy proporcji gumy do roztworu mieszczącej się w zakresie 20-33 g/L, po czym do mieszaniny dodaje się czynnik sieciujący w postaci dihydrazydu kwasu adypinowego (ADH) w ilości 10 g/L (gram/litr mieszaniny) oraz aktywator gumy ksantanowej w postaci chlorowodorku 1-etylo-3[3-dimetyloamino]propylokarbodiimidu (EDCl) w ilości od 20 do 30 g/L, korzystnie 25 g/L (gram/litr mieszaniny) i sieciuje się ją do momentu uzyskania usieciowanej gumy ksantanowej, po czym dializuje się ją usuwając niezwiązane cząsteczki dihydrazydu kwasu adypinowego (ADH) oraz chlorowodorku 1-etylo-3[3-dimetyloamino]propylokarbodiimidu(EDCl) i suszy w temperaturze do 70°C usuwając nadmiar wody.The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining a carrier for the immobilization of living microorganisms, consisting in dissolving xanthan gum in a lithium chloride (LiCl) solution with a concentration of 10-3 M, with a gum to solution ratio in the range of 20-33 g / L, after the mixture is followed by the adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH) crosslinking agent in the amount of 10 g / L (gram / liter of the mixture) and the xanthan gum activator in the form of 1-ethyl-3 [3-dimethylamino] propylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDCl) in the amount of from 20 to 30 g / L, preferably 25 g / L (gram / liter of the mixture) and crosslinked until a cross-linked xanthan gum is obtained, after which it is dialyzed to remove unbound adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH) and 1-ethyl hydrochloride. 3 [3-dimethylamino] propylcarbodiimide (EDCl) and dried up to 70 ° C to remove excess water.
