Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest klamra zatrzaskowa automatyczna, przeznaczona w szczególności do łączenia ze sobą odcinków taśm szelek bezpieczeństwa. Klamra zatrzaskowa składa się z korpusu (1) i wtyczki (2). W stanie całkowicie zamkniętym palec (5) opiera się o środkowy słupek (13) środkową wnęką w czole palca (5), przez co palec (2) nie może przesuwać się w szparze na boki. W korpusie (1) jest układ dwóch zapadek (8) z ostrzami (7), które są przeznaczone do zatrzaskiwania się na zakolach przy poprzecznych zębach (6) znajdujących się na końcu palca (5). Zapadki (8) zamocowane są obrotowo na osiach (10) prostopadłych do kierunku wsuwania palca (5) w szparę i mają po drugiej stronie osi (10) obrotu zewnętrzne skrzydełka (15) do odblokowywania zapadek. Zapadki (8) zaciskają się ostrzami (7) na krawędzi palca (5) w zakolach przy zębach (6) palca i są dociskane po krawędzi palca siłą sprężyn naciskowych (11) osadzonych w korpusie (1). Każda z zapadek (8) ma wycięcie (9) na linii pomiędzy ostrzem (7) zapadki (8) a osią obrotu (10). Wycięcie ma kształt odpowiadający kształtowi zęba palca wtyczki.
