Przedmiotem wynalazku jest preparat farmaceutyczny w postaci tabletek ulegających rozpadowi w jamie ustnej zawierających substancję czynną bozentan lub jego farmaceutycznie dopuszczalną sól lub solwat, zapewniający czas rozpadu w jamie ustnej poniżej 10 sekund. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób otrzymywania ww. preparatu. Preparat otrzymuje się metodą liofilizacji.
