Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu filtracji powietrza, który to polega na tym, że powietrze przeprowadzane jest w poszczególnych etapach filtrowania przez płuczkę wodną, oraz złoże biofiltra do usuwania związków odorogennych z powietrza, w szczególności amoniaku i siarkowodoru charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z komory, w której znajduje się warstwa sorbcyjna, charakteryzująca się tym, że warstwę sorbcyjną stanowi materiał ceramiczny o dużej porowatości: keramzyt, pumeks, inne skały wulkaniczne, w których zagnieżdżone zostały wyselekcjonowane kultury bakterii. Sposób zagnieżdżania bakterii w złożu biofiltra o podłożu ceramicznym charakteryzuje się tym, że bakterie w formie przetrwalnikowej rozpuszczane są w wodzie i rozprowadzane na powierzchni warstwy ceramicznej sorbenta w interwałach 25 cm w przekroju pionowym.The invention relates to an air filtration method, which consists in passing the air in individual filtering stages through a water scrubber, and a biofilter bed for removing odorogenic compounds from the air, in particular ammonia and hydrogen sulphide, characterized in that it consists of a chamber, which has a sorption layer, characterized by the fact that the sorption layer is a ceramic material with high porosity: expanded clay, pumice, other volcanic rocks in which selected bacterial cultures have been nested. The method of nesting bacteria in a biofilter bed with a ceramic substrate is characterized by the fact that bacteria in the spore form are dissolved in water and spread over the surface of the ceramic sorbent layer at intervals of 25 cm in the vertical section.
