Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy 3-(tien-2"-ylo)-1-(2'-hydroksyfenylo)-propan-1-onu i sposobu wytwarzania 3-(tien-2"-ylo)-1-(2'-hydroksyfenylo)-propan-1-onu o wzorze 2. Postępując zgodnie z wynalazkiem, w wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Yarrowia lipolytica KCh 71, następuje regioselektywna redukcji podwójnego wiązania w substracie. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (chloroform).The invention relates to 3- (thien-2 "-yl) -1- (2'-hydroxyphenyl) propan-1-one and to a method for the preparation of 3- (thien-2" -yl) -1- (2'-hydroxyphenyl) - propan-1-one of formula 2. By following the invention, a regioselective reduction of the double bond in the substrate occurs as a result of the enzyme system contained in the cells of the Yarrowia lipolytica KCh 71 strain. The product obtained in this way is separated from the aqueous culture of the microorganism by a known method by extraction with a water-immiscible organic solvent (chloroform).
