Abstract

Miejski ekran dźwiękochłonny składa się z wzajemnie połączonych ze sobą paneli. Każdy panel (7) jest wykonany ze wzmocnionej, sztywnej ramy (15) wypełnionej rdzeniem. Panel (7) ten wyposażony jest w zewnętrzną warstwę dźwiękochłonną wykonaną ze związanego granulatu kauczukowego mającego gęstość nasypową od 650 do 750 kg/m3 oraz system otwartych i zamkniętych porów, oraz zawierającego 3 do 8% wagowych spoiwa i 92 do 97% wagowych wspomnianego granulatu kauczukowego mającego następującą strukturę frakcyjną: do 5% wagowych do 2 mm, 10 do 30% wagowych od 2 do 4 mm, do 20% wagowych od 4 do 6,3 mm, 25 do 70% wagowych od 6,3 do 8 mm, oraz do 30% wagowych frakcji od 8 do 11,2 mm. Na boku skierowanym w stronę toru (1),panel (7) wyposażony jest we wzór reliefowy wznoszący się ponad płaszczyznę powierzchni panelu oraz górny dźwiękochłonny grzbiet (2).The city noise barrier consists of interconnected panels. Each panel (7) is made of a reinforced, rigid frame (15) filled with a core. This panel (7) is provided with an outer sound-absorbing layer made of bonded rubber granulate having a bulk density of 650 to 750 kg / m3 and an open and closed pore system, and containing 3 to 8% by weight of binder and 92 to 97% by weight of said rubber granulate having the following fractional structure: up to 5% by weight up to 2 mm, 10 to 30% by weight from 2 to 4 mm, up to 20% by weight from 4 to 6.3 mm, 25 to 70% by weight from 6.3 to 8 mm, and up to 30% by weight of fractions from 8 to 11.2 mm. On the side facing the track (1), the panel (7) is provided with a relief pattern rising above the plane of the panel surface and an upper sound-absorbing ridge (2).
