Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytworzenia kompozytu biologicznego z odpadów włóknistych oraz artykułów higienicznych tj. podpasek, pampersów. Wyprodukowanie masy włóknistej służy jako alternatywa i możliwość uzyskania podłoża pod wegetację roślin na terenach pozbawionych wszelkiego życia. Ponadto przyczynia się do zmniejszenia odpadów trafiających na wysypiska czy do morza. Problemem również dotychczas nierozwiązanym to są środki higieny osobistej m.in. pieluchy jednorazowe tzw. pampersy czy podpaski jednorazowe, które teraz są pomijane w większości opracowaniach a stanowią niebagatelny środowiskowy problem. Pieluchy, pampersy czy podpaski posiadają brzegi sporządzone z cienkiej foli, przy rozdrobnieniu folia ta jako że jest cienka i nie nasiąka wodą zostaje wydmuchana do oddzielnego pojemnika i skierowana do innych plastyków, reszta to przemiał ciężki higroskopijny nasiąknięty wodą zostaje zdezynfekowany. Przemiał ten z powodzeniem zastępuje stosowany tzw. hydrożel z którego roślina w porach suchych potrafi wodę wydobyć, następnie oba te przemiały zostają połączone masa ta zostaje odpowiednio doposażona w nawozy, nasiona czy inne środki wspomagające. Tak przygotowana masa jest rozłożona na rekultywowany teren.
