Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania noża do rozdrabniania gumy, przeznaczonej do produkcji granulatów gumowych stanowiących półprodukt do wytwarzania bieżni sportowych. Sposób wytwarzania noża do rozdrabniania gumy, w którym nóż ma korpus w postaci metalowej płytki, do której mocuje się nakładkę z węglika spiekanego. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w korpusie skrawa się gniazdo o głębokości i szerokości większej od wymiarów nakładki, po czym układa się druty (3) na skrawanej powierzchni oraz nakłada się warstwę kleju (4) a następnie na warstwie kleju (4) pozycjonuje się nakładkę z węglika spiekanego. Skrawania gniazda dokonuje się na głębokość większą o 0,2 - 0,4 mm od grubości nakładki. Skrawaną powierzchnię obrabia się strumieniowo - ściernie, korzystnie przy użyciu korundu o ziarnistości 0,8 - 1,2 mm.
