Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest reaktor do przeprowadzania pirolizy materiałów zwierających węglowodory w tym opadów przemysłowych lub komunalnych, zawierający komorę właściwą (1). Reaktor ten charakteryzuje się tym, że przestrzeń komory właściwej (1) podzielona jest na dwa kompartmenty, przy czym w pierwszym kompartmencie przeprowadza się proces pirolizy w temperaturze 600 - 800°C nad drugim kompartmencie, w którym zachodzi oczyszczanie gazu pirolitycznego. W drugim kompartmencie zgromadzona jest powstająca podczas pirolizy warstwa karbonizatu o grubości warstwy minimum 10 cm i temperaturze 800 - 1000°C, a ponadto w drugim kompartmencie wykonany jest układ do usuwania nadmiaru karbonizatu (7) i wykonane jest ujście (16) przewodu podawania gazu utleniającego. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób przeprowadzania pirolizy i oczyszczania gazu pirolitycznego z ciężkich węglowodorów, szkodliwych gazów i cząstek węgla.The subject of the application is a reactor for pyrolysis of hydrocarbon-containing materials, including industrial or municipal waste, containing a proper chamber (1). This reactor is characterized in that the space of the proper chamber (1) is divided into two compartments, where in the first compartment the pyrolysis process is carried out at a temperature of 600-800 ° C over the second compartment in which the pyrolysis gas purification takes place. The second compartment contains a layer of char, formed during pyrolysis, with a layer thickness of at least 10 cm and a temperature of 800 - 1000 ° C, and in the second compartment there is a system for removing excess char (7) and an outlet (16) of the oxidizing gas feed line . The invention also relates to a method for carrying out pyrolysis and purifying pyrolysis gas from heavy hydrocarbons, harmful gases and carbon particles.
