Abstract

The invention relates to a silane anti-corrosion layer bonded through the hydroxyl groups of reactive organosilicon compounds to a steel surface, in which, according to the invention, as a result of abrasive blasting with abrasive glass granules with a grain size of 0.1-0.8 mm, preferably 0 , 3 - 0.5 mm, glass particles are embedded. The invention also relates to a method of producing the silane anti-corrosion layer in question, which consists in abrasive blasting the steel surface at least twice with a sharp glass granulate abrasive, first with a glass abrasive of 0.8-3.0 mm grain size, and then, with a glass abrasive with a grain size of 0.1-0.8 mm, preferably 0.3-0.5 mm, then the reactive organosilicon compound is applied to the surface prepared in this way in a known manner.
