Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania ditlenku tytanu modyfikowanego nanocząstkami srebra z wykorzystaniem naturalnych ekstraktów roślinnych, według wynalazku, który charakteryzuje się tym, że do roztworu AgNO3, jako reduktor jonów srebra do srebra, dodaje się wodny ekstrakt roślinny i wkrapla tetraizopropanolan tytanu (TTIP) w stosunku odpowiednio 350:50:30, a następnie intensywnie miesza przez 24 godziny. Powstałą zawiesinę wiruje się kilkukrotnie w 4°C z przemywaniem wodą destylowaną. Uzyskany osad suszy się w temperaturze pokojowej. Uzyskuje się ditlenek tytanu modyfikowany srebrem w formie proszku. Prekursorem ditlenku tytanu jest tetraizopropanolan tytanu (TTIP) a prekursorem jonów srebra azotan srebra (AgNO3). Stosuje się wodny ekstrakt roślinny otrzymany z liści świeżej i/lub wysuszonej koniczyny polnej. Wodny ekstrakt roślinny utrzymuje się w stanie wrzenia przez 10 minut. The resulting suspension is centrifuged several times at 4 ° C, washing with distilled water. The resulting precipitate is dried at room temperature. The obtained titanium dioxide is modified with silver in the form of a powder. The titanium dioxide precursor is titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP) and the silver ion precursor is silver nitrate (AgNO3). An aqueous plant extract obtained from the leaves of fresh and / or dried field clover is used. The aqueous plant extract is boiled for 10 minutes. The process of producing silver-modified titanium dioxide is carried out under constant stirring, at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.
