Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania nanocząstek tlenku cynku z użyciem ekstraktu roślinnego i soli cynku. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że używa się ekstraktu roślinnego z lucerny siewnej (Medicago sativa) oraz soli cynku, przy czym proces otrzymywania nanocząstek ZnO prowadzi się w temperaturze od 50°C do 60°C poprzez dodanie soli cynku w stosunku od 1:10 do 1:20 do ciekłego ekstraktu przy ciągłym mieszaniu przez okres od 2 godzin do 3 godzin a otrzymaną mieszaninę poddaje się odwirowaniu, a następnie uzyskany supernatant wygrzewa w temperaturze do 100°C do 110°C przez okres od 1 do 2 h po czym uzyskane nanocząstki ZnO w formie proszku kilkakrotnie przemywa się wodą destylowaną i suszy. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też zastosowanie otrzymanych w sposób biologiczny nanocząstek ZnO jako czynnika o działaniu antybakteryjnym.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining zinc oxide nanoparticles with the use of plant extract and zinc salt. This method is characterized by the use of a plant extract of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) and zinc salts, while the process of obtaining ZnO nanoparticles is carried out at a temperature of 50 ° C to 60 ° C by adding zinc salt in a ratio of 1:10 to 1:20 to the liquid extract with constant stirring for a period of 2 hours to 3 hours, and the obtained mixture is subjected to centrifugation, and then the obtained supernatant is annealed at a temperature of 100 ° C to 110 ° C for a period of 1 to 2 hours, then the obtained ZnO nanoparticles in powder form are washed several times with distilled water and dried. The application also covers the use of biologically obtained ZnO nanoparticles as an antibacterial agent.
