Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest układ technologiczny do oczyszczania ścieków, który umożliwia zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej oczyszczania ścieków, obniżenie zawartości BZT i ChZT ścieków. Układ technologiczny do oczyszczania ścieków wykorzystujący źródło ścieków przepływających przez kratę, piaskownik i osadnik wstępny, które w końcowym etapie oczyszczania są wydalane jako ścieki oczyszczone charakteryzuje się tym, że pomiędzy połączonymi zbiornikami denitryfikacji (9), nitryfikacji (11) i osadnikiem wtórnym (12) znajduje się strukturyzator (8). Strukturyzator (8) ma budowę kaskadową i złożony jest z szeregu połączonych ze sobą powtarzalnych zespołów elementów umieszczonych w szczelnej obudowie zamkniętej pokrywami. Do pokrywy podłączony jest przewód powietrzny wyposażony na swej wewnętrznej długości w zwielokrotnione elementy napowietrzające umieszczone wewnątrz obudowy oraz przewód wodny wyposażony w króciec wlotowy i króciec wylotowy. Przewód wodny składa się z szeregu dyfuzorów zaopatrzonych na obwodzie w pierścienie centrujące i magnesy pierścieniowe oraz elementy turbulentne, za którymi znajdują się dysze rozprężne powietrza, przy czym przepływ wody w układzie technologicznym jest sterowany przez jednostkę sterującą (10), która kontroluje natlenienie wody do poziomu 30 g/m3 oraz zapewnia uzyskanie zrzutu wody o zawartości zanieczyszczeń do 2 g/m3.
