Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy metody otrzymywania powierzchni o specyficznym wzorze dekoracyjnym, wyglądem przypominającym marmur, znanym z tradycyjnej metody Ebru. Środki służące do produkcji tej metody determinują powstanie niepowtarzalnej dekoracji. Polega ona na tym, że na przesuwający się w układzie maszyny powlekającej nośnik (2) w postaci wstęgi rozwijanej z roli nośnika (1), nanosi się warstwę podkładową jaką jest mieszanina (4) wody oraz co najmniej dodatku zwiększającego napięcie powierzchniowe, przy czym ustala się jednocześnie określoną ilość mieszaniny (4) na nośniku (2), następnie na mokrą powierzchnię nośnika (2) nanosi się krople farby, które tworzą plamy, zwiększające swoją powierzchnię. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także produktu zawierającego wielowarstwową powierzchnię dekoracyjną, wykonaną według tej metody.The application concerns a method of obtaining a surface with a specific decorative pattern, with a marble-like appearance, known from the traditional Ebru method. The means used for the production of this method determine the creation of a unique decoration. It consists in the fact that on the carrier (2) in the form of a web unrolled from the role of the carrier (1) moving in the coater system, a primer layer is applied, which is a mixture (4) of water and at least an additive increasing the surface tension, and it determines at the same time, a certain amount of the mixture (4) is applied to the carrier (2), then drops of paint are applied to the wet surface of the carrier (2), which form stains increasing their surface area. The application also relates to a product comprising a multi-layer decorative surface made according to this method.
