Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół elementów tworzących system pokrycia dachowego imitującego klasyczną dachówkę. System pokryć dachowy składający się z profilowanych paneli charakteryzuje się tym, że każdy wyprofilowany panel (1), ma ukształtowaną część górną w kształcie haczyka (2) i część dolną w postaci kieszeni (3), której profil dna jest półokrągły powiększony tak aby pasował do haczyka (2), poniżej kieszeni (3) usytuowana jest część mocująca (4) z otworami na mocowanie (5), boczne krawędzie panelu (1) zostały wyprofilowane na znacznej długości tworząc boczne zagięcia krawędzi mające kształt litery U (6), przy czym panele (1) zostały ze sobą dopasowany warstwowo z przesunięciem kolejnej warstwy zasadniczo o 1/2 szerokości panelu, a haczyk (2) jest dopasowany rozmiarem do kieszeni (3) warstwy górnej panelu, tworząc zamek wzdłużny, po ułożeniu kolejnej warstwy, panele (1) jest przytwierdzony w jednej płaszczyźnie za pomocą elementu mocującego korzystnie wkrętu w otworze (6) części mocującej (5), a sąsiadujące ze sobą krawędzie panelu (1) w kształcie litery U (6) są rozłącznie zamocowane zapinkami, która jest wsuwana od dołu panelu przylegając szczelnie do dwóch sąsiadujących paneli (1), tworząc zamek poprzeczny, a panel i zapinka wytworzone są ze stali.The subject of the application is a set of elements forming a roofing system that imitates a classic tile. The roofing system consisting of profiled panels is characterized by the fact that each profiled panel (1) has a shaped upper part in the shape of a hook (2) and a lower part in the form of a pocket (3), the bottom profile of which is semicircular enlarged to fit into of the hook (2), below the pocket (3) there is a fixing part (4) with holes for fixing (5), the side edges of the panel (1) have been profiled over a considerable length, creating side U-shaped bends (6), while the panels (1) were fitted in layers with the next layer shifted essentially by 1/2 the width of the panel, and the hook (2) is adjusted in size to the pocket (3) of the top layer of the panel, forming a longitudinal lock, after laying the next layer, panels (1 ) is fixed in one plane by a fixing element, preferably a screw, in the hole (6) of the fixing part (5), and the adjacent U-shaped edges of the panel (1) (6) are detachably attached with a clip ami, which is inserted from the bottom of the panel and fits tightly to two adjacent panels (1), forming a transverse lock, and the panel and the clasp are made of steel.
