Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest maszyna wieloczynnościowa uprawowo - nawozowo - siewno - sadząca dla małych i średnich gospodarstw charakteryzująca się tym, że zbiornik na nawozy jest dzielony w ten sposób, że 90% pojemności stanowi zbiornik na nawozy nawożenia głównego (2), a pozostała część stanowi zbiornik na nawozy nawożenia startowego (3), przy czym zbiornik na nawozy nawożenia głównego (2) posiada dno ukształtowane równolegle do podłoża, a w jego dnie zamontowane są przenośniki ślimakowe (5), a zęby sztywne do aplikowania nawozów nawożenia głównego (9) i nawozów nawożenia startowego (12) oraz dwa szeregi listew sprężynowych doprawiających (11) mocowane są do ramy pomocniczej (27), która jest regulowana względem podłoża za pomocą dwóch mechanizmów zębatkowych (6) a w czasie pracy podparta jest wałami uprawowymi krusząco - ugniatającymi przednim (10a) i tylnym (10b), przy czym maszyna wieloczynnościowa uprawowo - nawozowo - siewno - sadząca posiada sprzęg szybkiego łączenia (1) umożliwiający alternatywne używanie maszyn rozkładających materiał reprodukcyjny w glebie: siewnika rzędowego do nasion, siewnika precyzyjnego do nasion, sadzarki do sadzeniaków.The subject of the invention is a multi-purpose machine for cultivating, fertilizing, sowing and planting for small and medium-sized farms, characterized by the fact that the fertilizer tank is divided in such a way that 90% of its capacity is made up of the main fertilization tank (2), and the remaining part is the tank for fertilizers for starter fertilization (3), the tank for fertilizers for the main fertilization (2) has a bottom shaped parallel to the ground, and at its bottom there are screw conveyors (5), and stiff tines for applying fertilizers for the main fertilization (9) and fertilizing fertilizers starting (12) and two rows of spring strips (11) are attached to the subframe (27), which is adjustable in relation to the ground by two rack and pinion mechanisms (6) and during operation it is supported by the front crushing and kneading rollers (10a) and rear (10b), while the multifunctional machine for cultivating, fertilizing, sowing and planting has a quick coupling coupling (1) owing to alternative use of machines that decompose the reproductive material in the soil: row seeder for seeds, precision seeder for seeds, seed potato planter.
