Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 19-nortestololaktonu, o wzorze 2, na drodze mikrobiologicznego utleniania typu Baeyera - Villigera w pierścieniu D cząsteczki, w którym jako substrat stosuje się 19-nortestosteron, o wzorze 1, przy użyciu systemu enzymatycznego grzyba strzępkowego Penicillium vinaceum AM110.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 19-nortestolactone of formula 2 by Baeyer-Villiger microbial oxidation in the D-ring of a molecule, wherein 19-nortestosterone of formula 1 is used as a substrate using the Penicillium vinaceum AM110 filamentous fungus enzyme system.
