Wynalazek polega na wytwarzaniu 3?-hydroksy-17a-oksa-D-homo-5?-androstan-17-onu o wzorze 2, w wyniku mikrobiologicznego utleniania typu Baeyera-Villigera, z wykorzystaniem systemu enzymatycznego szczepu Penicillium lanoso-coeruleum, w którym jako substrat stosuje sie 3?-hydroksy-5?-androstan-17-on, o wzorze 1. Sposobem, wedlug wynalazku, mozna otrzymac steroidowy lakton - analog strukturalny antynowotworowego i antyandrogennego testolaktonu, o potencjalnie podobnej aktywnosci biologicznej.The invention consists in the production of 3'-hydroxy-17a-oxa-D-homo-5'-androstan-17-one of the formula 2, as a result of microbial oxidation of the Baeyer-Villiger type, using the enzyme system of the Penicillium lanoso-coeruleum strain, in which 3'-hydroxy-5'-androstane-17-one of the formula 1 is used as a substrate. By the method according to the invention, it is possible to obtain a steroidal lactone - a structural analogue of the anticancer and antiandrogenic testolactone, with potentially similar biological activity.
