Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest beton o wysokiej wytrzymałości z odpadem ciekłokrystalicznym zawierający: cement portlandzki w ilości od 340 do 380 kg/m3, popiołów lotnych w ilości od 38 do 102 kg/m3, kruszywa żwirowego korzystnie o frakcji 2/8 mm w ilości od 907 do 1109 kg/m3, piasku kwarcowego korzystnie o frakcji 0,25/2 mm w ilości od 739 do 1036 kg/m3, domieszki superplastyfikatora na bazie polikarboksylatów w ilości od 1,02 do 5,70 kg/m3, bezchlorkowej domieszki plastyfikatora w ilości od 0,68 do 2,459 kg/m3, domieszki napowietrzającej na bazie niejonowych surfaktantów w ilości od 0,021 do 0,076 kg/m3, domieszki hydrofobizującej w ilości od 1,7 do 5,67 kg/m3, wody wodociągowej w ilości od 102 do 144 kg/m3, odpadu ciekłokrystalicznego w ilości od 1,7 do 11,4 kg/m3. Wskazane jest aby cementem portlandzkim był cement portlandzki CEM I 42,5 R., a domieszką hydrofobizującą jest domieszka z grupy silanów.
