Abstract

Poza producentami tekstyliów, opracowany sposób znajdzie zastosowanie w laboratoriach dokonujących oceny aseptyczności tkanin i przędzy. The subject of the application is a method of testing antibacterial and antifungal properties on fabric treated with non-diffusible substances, in which metabolic activity is tested with the use of tetrazolium salt and a quantitative analysis is carried out with the use of a fluorescent marker for fabrics used in the textile industry, in particular in the production of socks, stockings and tights , sports and medical supplies. Apart from textile producers, the developed method will find application in laboratories assessing the asepticity of fabrics and yarns.
