Abstract
Złącze stosowane jest do połączenia elementów (A, B) z których przynajmniej jeden wykonany jest ze sprężystego tworzywa sztucznego, zwłaszcza łączenia obudowy izolacyjnej urządzeń wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych. Zawiera wpust (1) i pióro (2), wykonane w płaszczyźnie przylegania (P-P), które po współosiowym złączeniu dopełniają się kształtem w osi symetrii (S-S). Profil złącza kolejno od płaszczyzny przylegania (P-P) wyznaczony jest przez rowek (1.1) wpustu (1) o wysokości (h1) i szerokości (b1) ścianek równoległych, które na końcach łączą się z wybrzuszeniami (1.2, 1.3) o kształcie zbliżonym do spłaszczonej litery "S" i jej lustrzanym odbiciem na przeciwległym wybrzuszeniu. Na odcinku górnym wybrzuszeniami (1.2, 1.3) skierowane są wypukłością na zewnątrz i na głębokości (g1) mają największą szerokość (s1), natomiast na dole skierowane są wypukłościami (1.6, 1.7) do wnętrza złącza i na głębokości (i1) mają najmniejszą szerokość (j1). Dolnymi końcami połączone są dnem wpustu (1.4), przy czym - przy zachowaniu pełnego podobieństwa kształtu przekroju poprzecznego - odpowiadające wymienionym wymiarom wpustu (1) wymiary pióra (2) (h2, b2, g2, s2, h, u2, i2, j2) są różne i w skojarzeniu tworzą na wysokości złącza pasowania luźne ze szczeliną (x, y) albo z wciskiem (w, z) w zakresie sprężystego odkształcenia tworzywa.The joint is used to connect elements (A, B), at least one of which is made of elastic plastic, in particular to connect the insulating casing of ventilation and air-conditioning devices. The lower ends are connected with the bottom of the inlet (1.4), where - while maintaining the full similarity of the shape of the cross-section - the dimensions of the tongue (2) (h2, b2, g2, s2, h, u2, i2, j2) corresponding to the dimensions of the groove (1) they are different and together they form at the height of the joint loose fits with the gap (x, y) or with the interference (w, z) in the field of elastic deformation of the material.
