Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania samoprzylepnych taśm konstrukcyjnych o zwiększonej odporności termicznej, polegający na mieszaniu składników fotoreaktywnego kopolimeru epoksyakrylanowego, modyfikacji, naniesieniu na nośnik, odparowaniu rozpuszczalnika i sieciowaniu promieniowaniem UV w zakresie 200 - 400 nm. Jako składniki kopolimeru, poddawane polimeryzacji wolnorodnikowej w rozpuszczalniku organicznym w obecności inicjatora rodnikotwórczego, stosuje się estry alkilowe kwasu akrylowego o długości łańcucha węglowego od 4 do 12 atomów, estry kwasu metakrylowego, 5% - 15% wagowych estrów alkilowych kwasu akrylowego zawierających w łańcuchu bocznym grupę hydroksylową i do 4 atomów węgla, 5% - 15% wagowych akrylanu glicydylu lub metakrylanu glicydylu, 1% - 3% wagowych nienasyconego fotoinicjatora. Modyfikację prowadzi się żywicą epoksydową na bazie bisfenolu A lub bisfenolu F w ilości 100% - 200% wagowych w stosunku do masy kopolimeru, 0,5% - 10% wagowych lub w ilości stechiometrycznej utwardzaczy utajonych w postaci adduktów kwasów Lewisa, pochodne imidazolu, bezwodniki kwasów karboksylowych, związki fenolowe, ciecze jonowe, dicyjanodiamid bądź modyfikowany imidazolami dicyjanodiamid oraz 0,5% - 5% wagowych promotorów adhezji lub związków obniżających napięcie powierzchniowe w postaci związków na bazie polimetylosiloksanów, poliakrylanów lub poliestrów. Istota rozwiązania polega na tym, że fotoreaktywny kopolimer epoksyakrylanowy wytwarza się również z udziałem 52 - 84% wagowych estrów alkilowych kwasu akrylowego o długości łańcucha węglowego od 4 do 12 atomów, 0 - 5% wagowych estrów kwasu metakrylowego oraz 5 - 10% wagowych akryloizobutylo oligomerycznego silseskwioksanu. Udział wagowy wszystkich komponentów fotoreaktywnego kopolimeru wynosi 100%. Tak otrzymany fotoreaktywny kopolimer, jako 50% wagowy roztwór w rozpuszczalniku organicznym modyfikuje się, przy czym % wagowe komponentów użytych do modyfikacji odnoszą się do sumy mas fotoreaktywnego kopolimeru i żywicy epoksydowej.The subject of the application is a method of producing self-adhesive construction tapes with increased thermal resistance, consisting in mixing the components of a photoreactive epoxyacrylate copolymer, modification, application on a carrier, solvent evaporation and cross-linking with UV radiation in the range of 200 - 400 nm. As copolymer components, which are subjected to free radical polymerization in an organic solvent in the presence of a radical initiator, acrylic acid alkyl esters with a carbon chain length of 4 to 12 atoms, methacrylic acid esters, 5% - 15% by weight of acrylic acid alkyl esters having a side chain group hydroxyl and up to 4 carbon atoms, 5% - 15% by weight of glycidyl acrylate or glycidyl methacrylate, 1% - 3% by weight of an unsaturated photoinitiator. The modification is carried out with epoxy resin based on bisphenol A or bisphenol F in the amount of 100% - 200% by weight of the copolymer, 0.5% - 10% by weight or in the stoichiometric amount of latent hardeners in the form of Lewis acid adducts, imidazole derivatives, anhydrides carboxylic acids, phenolic compounds, ionic liquids, dicyandiamide or imidazole-modified dicyandiamide, and 0.5% - 5% by weight of adhesion promoters or surface tension reducing compounds in the form of polymethylsiloxane, polyacrylate or polyester based compounds. The essence of the solution is that the photoreactive epoxyacrylate copolymer is also produced with 52 - 84% by weight of acrylic acid alkyl esters with a carbon chain length of 4 to 12 atoms, 0 - 5% by weight of methacrylic acid esters and 5 - 10% by weight of acrylisobutyl oligomeric acid. silsesquioxane. The proportion by weight of all components of the photoreactive copolymer is 100%. The thus obtained photoreactive copolymer is modified as a 50% by weight solution in an organic solvent, the weight% of the components used for the modification being based on the sum of the weights of the photoreactive copolymer and the epoxy resin.
