Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna w postaci ciekłej zawierająca jako substancję aktywną substancję leczniczą nietrwałą w środowisku wodnym, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera nośnik olejowy i surfaktant, przy czym substancja aktywna jest rozproszona w mieszaninie nośnika i surfaktanta. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania przedmiotowej kompozycji.
