Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób integracji cieplnej syntezy gazu naturalnego z modułem usuwania CO2 w instalacji absorpcyjnego usuwania CO2 z jednostką metanizacji wraz z jednostką elektrolityczną do rozkładu wody metodą elektrolizy w celu wytworzenia H2 i O2, a wykorzystującą nadmiarową, odnawialną energię elektryczną i katalityczną instalację magazynowania energii w postaci SNG, charakteryzuje się tym, że strumień ciepła z chłodzenia katalitycznego reaktora syntezy SNG wykorzystywany jest w całości lub części do podgrzewania wyparki (204) kolumny desorpcyjnej CO2 (205) instalacji absorpcyjnego usuwania CO2, przy użyciu wspólnego obiegu cieplnego.The subject of the application is the method of integrating the thermal synthesis of natural gas with the CO2 removal module in the CO2 absorption absorption installation with a methanation unit with an electrolytic unit for decomposition of water by electrolysis to produce H2 and O2, and using redundant, renewable electricity and a catalytic energy storage installation in of the SNG form, characterized in that the heat stream from the cooling of the SNG catalytic synthesis reactor is used in whole or in part to heat the evaporator (204) of the CO2 desorption column (205) of the CO2 absorption absorption plant, using a common heat cycle.
