Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób metalizowania drewna, który charakteryzuje się tym, że drewno metalizuje się naprzemiennie i na całej chronionej powierzchni, co najmniej trzema warstwami dwóch różnych preparatów metali przechowywanych w oddzielnych pojemnikach. Jednym preparatem jest farba zawierająca metaliczne ziarna cynku w ilości 50 - 80% wagowych, a drugim preparatem jest impregnat zawierający metaliczne ziarna miedzi w ilości 30 - 70% wagowych. Najpierw metalizuje się drewno impregnatem zawierającym metaliczne ziarna miedzi w postaci suspensji, aż do uzyskania konduktancji powierzchniowej 1,0 - 120,0 mS, a następnie tak uzyskaną warstwę metalizuje się farbą z ziarnami metalicznego cynku w postaci suspensji na grubość warstwy 20 - 160 µm na mokro, a po osiągnięciu stanu pyłosuchości metalizuje się impregnatem zawierającym metaliczne ziarna miedzi w postaci suspensji na grubość warstwy 12 - 30 µm na mokro i suszy do całkowitego wysuszenia.The subject of the application is a method of metallizing wood, which is characterized by the fact that the wood is metallised alternately and on the entire protected surface, with at least three layers of two different metal preparations stored in separate containers. One preparation is a paint containing metallic zinc grains in an amount of 50 - 80% by weight, and the other preparation is an impregnate containing copper metallic grains in an amount of 30 - 70% by weight. First, wood is metallized with an impregnate containing copper metal grains in the form of a suspension, up to a surface conductivity of 1.0 - 120.0 mS, and then the layer obtained in this way is metalized with paint with metallic zinc grains in the form of a suspension for a layer thickness of 20 - 160 µm on wet, and after reaching a state of dryness is metallized with an impregnate containing copper metal grains in the form of a suspension for a layer thickness of 12-30 µm wet and dried until completely dried.
