Abstract

Zespół zamknięcia pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego zwłaszcza na napoje, zawierające szyjkę pojemnika oraz obrzeże pokrywki, zaopatrzone w sprzęgające się wzajemnie elementy, charakteryzuje się tym, że obrzeże pokrywki (6) zaopatrzone jest w kołnierz oporowy (7) ukształtowany w kierunku na zewnątrz bocznej ściany obrzeża pokrywki (6), a szyjka (3) pojemnika (1) zaopatrzona jest w kołnierz oporowy (4) ukształtowany w kierunku na zewnątrz szyjki (3) oraz zaopatrzony na bocznej powierzchni w obwodowe gniazdo (5). Pokrywka (6) osadzona jest w otworze (2) pojemnika (1) tak, że kołnierz oporowy (7) obrzeża pokrywki (6) dolną powierzchnią opiera się o górną powierzchnię kołnierza oporowego (4) szyjki (3) pojemnika (1). Zespół zaopatrzony jest w obejmę (8) mocującą zaopatrzoną w górnej części w kołnierz oporowy (9) ukształtowany w kierunku do wnętrza obejmy (8) oraz na wewnętrznej ścianie wzdłuż obwodu w co najmniej jedno żebro oporowe (10) ukształtowane w kierunku do wewnątrz obejmy (8). Kołnierz oporowy (9) obejmy (8) opiera się o górną powierzchnię kołnierza oporowego (7) obrzeża pokrywki (6), a żebro/żebra oporowe (10) obejmy (8) osadzone jest/są w obwodowym gnieździe (5) kołnierza oporowego (4) szyjki (3) pojemnika (1). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również szyjka pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego.
