Abstract
Urządzenie do wprowadzania w kanalizację telekomunikacyjną abonenckich kabli światłowodowych zawiera komorę wdmuchująco-wpychającą, posiadającą co najmniej dwa tory jednoczesnego wprowadzania kabla, której korpus (3) jest wyposażony w napędzane wspólnym wałkiem koła napędowe kabla, których liczba odpowiada liczbie torów, a pokrywa (13) jest zaopatrzona w rolki dociskowe regulowane śrubą (19). Urządzenie posiada napęd w postaci silnika elektrycznego (5) połączonego ze sterownikiem silnika (4) i zębatą przekładnią pasową (7) oraz elektroniczny układ sterowania zawierający sterownik PLC (6), czujniki ruchu kół napędowych kabli (12), potencjometr prędkości wpychania (14), przyciski sterujące włączenia i wyłączenia (15) wyświetlacz licznika długości kabla (18) i sterownik silnika (4), przy czym sterownik PLC (6) jest połączony przebiegiem sygnału bezpośrednio z czujnikami obrotu kół napędowych kabla (12), wyświetlaczem licznika długości kabla (18) oraz mechanizmami blokowania kół napędowych kabla (16) a sterownik silnika (4) steruje silnikiem (5) niezależnie od sterownika PLC (6).The device for introducing into the telecommunications channel of fiber optic subscriber cables includes a blowing-pushing chamber having at least two simultaneous cable entry paths, the body (3) of which is equipped with the cable driving wheels driven by a common shaft, the number of which corresponds to the number of paths, and the cover (13) it is provided with pressure rollers adjustable by a screw (19).
