Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest powloka stanowiaca, po wy- pelnieniu materialem sypkim, zwlaszcza rozdrobnionym styropianem lub innym lekkim rozdrobnionym sprezystym tworzywem sztucznym, pufe umozliwiajaca wygodne usytuowanie ciala od pozycji siedzacej do póllezacej. 5 Z wczesniejszego zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego znana jest powloka wykonana z miekkiej elastycznej tkaniny o zwartej strukturze, w ksztalcie walca przechodzacego w polowie wysokosci w stozek sciety. Podstawe wymienionej powloki stanowi kolo o srednicy równej 2/3 wysokosci calej powloki, natomiast wymiar jej górnej czesci wynosi 0,1 srednicy podstawy. W srodku górnej czesci 1 0 powloki wszyty jest uchwyt z tasmy o szerokosci okolo 5 cm stanowiacy ucho o dlugosci okolo 2 szerokosci tej tasmy. W dnie powloki, wykonanym z dwóch pólkoli, w srodkowej czesci ich polaczenia wszyty jest szwem krytym metalowy zamek suwakowy z blokada, stanowiacy zamkniecie otworu, przez który dokonuje sie wypelnianie i opróznianie powloki wczesniej wymienionym granulatem 1 5 styropianowym lub z innego spienionego tworzywa sztucznego. Znana powloka jest wykonywana w kolorach: szafirowym, zóltym i kombinacji tych kolorów, granatowym, zielonym i kombinacji tych kolorów, czarnym, czerwonym i kom- binacji tych kolorów oraz niebieskim. The object of the industrial design is a coating which, after being filled with loose material, especially with shredded polystyrene or other light, shredded elastic plastic, is a pouffe that enables comfortable positioning of the body from a sitting position to a reclining position. 5 From an earlier application of an industrial design, a coating is known, made of a soft, flexible fabric with a compact structure, in the shape of a cylinder passing halfway up into a cut cone. The base of said shell is a circle with a diameter of 2/3 of the height of the entire shell and the dimension of its top is 0.1 of the diameter of the base. In the middle of the upper part of the sheath, a handle of a tape about 5 cm wide is sewn in, constituting an ear about 2 times the width of the tape. In the bottom of the cover, made of two semicircles, in the central part of their connection, a metal zipper with a lock is sewn in, which closes the opening through which the coating is filled and emptied with the previously mentioned styrofoam granules or other foamed plastic. The known coating is made in the following colors: sapphire, yellow and combinations of these colors, navy blue, green and combinations of these colors, black, red and combinations of these colors, and blue.

The coating of the above-described shape and structure, which is its variation 1 20 according to the industrial design shown in Figs. 1 and 2, is characterized by the fact that plat 1 is green, plat 2 is red, bottom 3 - semicircle 3a opposite panel 1 in green, while the semicircle 3b opposite the lobe 2 and the ear 4 red. Odmiana 6 o wymiarach i ksztalcie jak odmiana 1 powloki wedlug wzoru 40 przemyslowego, cechuje sie tym, ze jest wykonana w kolorze popielatym. Variation 6 with dimensions and shape as for the variation 1 of the coating according to the industrial pattern, is characterized by the fact that it is made in gray.
