Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu formowania porowatości otwartej preform z cząstek ceramicznych, znajdujących zastosowanie do umacniania materiałów kompozytowych w szczególności do umacniania w procesie infiltracji stopów metali charakteryzujący się tym, że przygotowuje się mieszaninę cząstek ceramicznych wybranych spośród α-Al2O3 lub SiC o wielkości od 1 do 36 μm proszku azodicarbonamidu o wielkości od 1 do 36 μm oraz spoiwa w postaci wodnego roztworu Na2O*SiO2 w proporcji 25g/30g/50ml, a następnie przeprowadza się utwardzanie spoiwa oraz zgazowywanie azodicarbonoamidu.The application concerns a method of forming open porosity of preforms made of ceramic particles, used for strengthening composite materials, in particular for strengthening in the infiltration process of metal alloys, characterized in that a mixture of ceramic particles selected from α-Al2O3 or SiC with a size of 1 to 36 μm is prepared azodicarbonamide powder with a size of 1 to 36 μm and a binder in the form of an aqueous solution of Na2O*SiO2 in the proportion of 25g/30g/50ml, followed by curing of the binder and gasification of the azodicarbonamide.
