Abstract
Przyrząd do badań stanowiskowych pierścieni łożysk tocznych, posiadający płytę, którą mocuje się do stołu obrotowego maszyny pomiarowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że na płycie (1) przyrządu przymocowane są równolegle względem siebie dwie prowadnice (3), na których osadzony jest przesuwnie stół roboczy (4) z wykonanymi otworami (5), w których mocowane są walcowe dystanse (6) ustalające położenie badanego pierścienia. Prostopadle do prowadnic (3) zamocowany jest mechanizm odciągająco-dociskowy (8) wyposażony w trzpień ze sprężyną, który jest zakończony z jednej strony hakiem (10), a z drugiej strony zderzakiem (11). Położenie stołu roboczego (4) na prowadnicach (3) jest ustalane za pomocą śruby pociągowej (7) przymocowanej do płyty (1) pomiędzy prowadnicami (3). Korzystnie, płyta (1) ma zainstalowane trzy wypusty o zarysie trójkątna, rozstawione co 120° oraz trzy kanały (2) wykonane co 120°, przy czym wypusty oraz kanały (2) są przesunięte o kąt 60° względem siebie.The device for bench tests of rolling bearing rings, having a plate, which is attached to the rotary table of the measuring machine, is characterized by the fact that on the plate (1) of the device two guides (3) are mounted parallel to each other, on which the working table is mounted ( 4) with holes (5) in which cylindrical spacers (6) are fixed to fix the position of the ring under test. Perpendicular to the guides (3), a pull-back mechanism (8) is fitted with a spring-loaded pin, which is terminated with a hook (10) on one side and a stop (11) on the other. The position of the work table (4) on the guides (3) is fixed by means of a lead screw (7) attached to the plate (1) between the guides (3). Preferably, the plate (1) has three triangular outlets installed every 120 ° and three channels (2) made every 120 °, the outlets and channels (2) being offset by 60 ° with respect to each other.
