Abstract

Przyrząd do badań stanowiskowych pierścieni łożysk tocznych, posiadający płytę, którą mocuje się do stołu obrotowego maszyny pomiarowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że na płycie (1) przyrządu przymocowane są równolegle względem siebie dwie prowadnice (3), na których osadzony jest przesuwnie stół roboczy (4) z wykonanymi otworami (5), w których mocowane są walcowe dystanse (6) ustalające położenie badanego pierścienia. Prostopadle do prowadnic (3) zamocowany jest mechanizm odciągająco-dociskowy (8) wyposażony w trzpień ze sprężyną, który jest zakończony z jednej strony hakiem (10), a z drugiej strony zderzakiem (11). Położenie stołu roboczego (4) na prowadnicach (3) jest ustalane za pomocą śruby pociągowej (7) przymocowanej do płyty (1) pomiędzy prowadnicami (3). The position of the work table (4) on the guides (3) is fixed by means of a lead screw (7) attached to the plate (1) between the guides (3). Preferably, the plate (1) has three triangular outlets installed every 120 ° and three channels (2) made every 120 °, the outlets and channels (2) being offset by 60 ° with respect to each other.
