Abstract

Układ dolotowy trzycylindrowego czterosuwowego silnika spalinowego, zbudowany z głównych kanałów dolotowych dostarczających do cylindrów powietrze z otoczenia, kanałów łącznikowych, które łączą wybrany cylinder z głównym kanałem dolotowym innego cylindra, charakteryzuje się tym, że kanał łącznikowy pierwszy (28) łączy pierwszy cylinder z głównym kanałem dolotowym cylindra drugiego (31), kanał łącznikowy drugi (32) łączy drugi cylinder z głównym kanałem dolotowym cylindra trzeciego (35), kanał łącznikowy trzeci (36) łączy trzeci cylinder z głównym kanałem dolotowym pierwszego cylindra (27). Układ rozrządu składający się z wałów rozrządu (18 i 21) oraz mechanizmów (53, 55, 57) sterujący pracą zaworów wylotowych (43) oraz głównych zaworów dolotowych (25, 29, 33) zapewnia ich stały skok. Zawory łącznikowe (37, 39, 41) sterujące otwarciem kanałów łącznikowych (28, 32, 36) mają, dzięki mechanizmom (53, 55, 57) zmienny wznios i zmienny czas otwarcia, przy czym wykorbienia wału korbowe są przestawione dokładnie o 120°. Główny kanał dolotowy (27) w cylindrze pierwszym znajduje się bliżej środka silnika, natomiast w przypadku cylindra trzeciego główny kanał dolotowy (35) znajduje się od strony zewnętrznej, tak że długości kanałów łącznikowych (28, 32, 36) dla wszystkich cylindrów mają zbliżone wartości.The intake system of a three-cylinder four-stroke internal combustion engine, consisting of main inlet ducts supplying ambient air to the cylinders, connection channels that connect a selected cylinder with the main inlet duct of another cylinder, characterized in that the first connection duct (28) connects the first cylinder with the main duct the intake port of the second cylinder (31), the second connector passage (32) connects the second cylinder to the main intake passage of the third cylinder (35), the third connector passage (36) connects the third cylinder to the main intake passage of the first cylinder (27). A timing system consisting of camshafts (18 and 21) and mechanisms (53, 55, 57) controlling the operation of the exhaust valves (43) and the main intake valves (25, 29, 33) ensures their constant stroke. The connection valves (37, 39, 41) for controlling the opening of the connection channels (28, 32, 36) have, thanks to the mechanisms (53, 55, 57), a variable lift and a variable opening time, with the crankshaft cranks displaced exactly by 120 °. The main inlet channel (27) in the first cylinder is closer to the center of the engine, while in the case of the third cylinder, the main inlet channel (35) is on the outside, so that the lengths of the connecting channels (28, 32, 36) for all cylinders have similar values. .
