Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stanowisko do cyfrowej obróbki dwuwarstwowego materiału techniką laserową zawierające układ zasilania, układ sterowania, korpus osadzony na podłożu, elektrycznie napędzany i sterowany układ podawczy z zespołem prostowania blachy metalowej, głowicę lasera oraz stół roboczy charakteryzujące się tym, że układ podawczy (A) zawiera rozwijarkę taśmy gumowej (16), prowadnicę taśmy gumowej, rozwijarkę (17) i układ prostowania taśmy stalowej zwijarkę do folii (18), zespół łączący (19) wyposażony w odcinak, przy czym zespół łączący (19) posiada układ co najmniej dwóch do czterech kompletów, korzystnie trzech kompletów rolek dociskowych, gdzie komplet rolek zawiera walec stały mocowany korzystnie rozłącznie z korpusem zespołu łączącego (19) oraz regulowany walec dociskowy ruchomy mocowany punktowo albo przegubowo trwale i korzystnie ruchomo do walca stałego.The subject of the invention is a station for digital processing of a two-layer material with a laser technique, comprising a power supply system, a control system, a body mounted on a substrate, an electrically driven and controlled feeding system with a sheet metal straightening unit, a laser head and a work table characterized in that the feeding system (A) includes a rubber band decoiler (16), a rubber band guide, a decoiler (17) and a steel band straightening system, a foil coiler (18), a connecting unit (19) provided with a cutter, the connecting unit (19) having a system of at least two to of four sets, preferably three sets of pressure rollers, where the set of rollers includes a fixed roller preferably detachably mounted with the body of the linking unit (19) and an adjustable movable pressure roller fixed in points or pivotally permanently and preferably movably to the fixed roller.
