Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wydzielania kwasu alfa-ketoglutarowego (AKG) z rzeczywistych płynów pofermentacyjnych otrzymanych w wyniku biokonwersji glukozy, w którym rzeczywisty płyn pofermentacyjny ulega oczyszczeniu i konwersji do formy kwasowej z zastosowaniem techniki elektrodializy bipolarnej (EDBM).The subject of the application is a method of separating alpha-ketoglutaric acid (AKG) from real post-fermentation liquids obtained as a result of glucose bioconversion, in which the real post-fermentation liquid is purified and converted to the acidic form using the technique of bipolar electrodialysis (EDBM).
