Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób zasilania parą wodną o parametrach ultra-nadkrytycznych tłokowych silników parowych i zawór wtryskowy do realizacji sposobu. Zasilanie parą wodną następuje za pomocą elektromagnetycznego zaworu wtryskowego o wysokiej częstotliwości pracy z iglicą (3) zakończoną stożkiem (12), której położenie - ruch w górę lub w dół powoduje zmianę przekroju pierścieniowej szczeliny pomiędzy gniazdem otworu wlotowego (15) głowicy(l4), a stożkiem (12) iglicy (3), przy czym iglic (3) sterowana jest elektromagnetycznie za pomocą solenoidu (10) poprzez sterownik (9) za pomocą komputera (8) w oparciu o dane z przetworników (7) o zmianach obciążenia silnika parowego w powiązaniu z prędkością obrotową wału korbowego tłokowego silnika parowego z częstotliwością 25 Hz lub wyższą, regulując dawki wody (pary) zależnie od stopnia obciążenia w czasie rzeczywistym.The subject of the application is a method of supplying steam with ultra-supercritical parameters to piston steam engines and an injection valve for the implementation of the method.
