Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są degradowalne narzędzia wiertnicze zawierające domieszkowany stop aluminium, które mogą ulec degradacji w wyniku działania korozji galwanicznej. Bardziej szczegółowo, takie degradowalne narzędzie wiertnicze może zawierać co najmniej jeden element narzędzia wiertniczego wykonany z domieszkowanego stopu aluminium, który co najmniej częściowo ulega degradacji w wyniku korozji mikro-galwanicznej w obecności wody o zasoleniu większym niż około 10 ppm, przy czym domieszkowany stop aluminium zawiera aluminium, od 0,05% do około 25% domieszki w stosunku do masy domieszkowanego stopu aluminium, mniej niż 0,5% galu w stosunku do masy domieszkowanego stopu aluminium i mniej niż 0,5% rtęci w stosunku do masy domieszkowanego stopu aluminium, przy czym domieszka jest wybrana z grupy obejmującej żelazo, miedź, nikiel, cynę, chrom, srebro, złoto, pallad, węgiel i dowolną ich kombinację. Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest też sposób wprowadzania narzędzia wiertniczego do formacji podziemnej. Wykonanie operacji odwiertu degradowane w wyniku korozji mikrogalwanicznej. Ponadto, zgłoszenie dotyczy też systemu obejmującego ciąg narzędzi i narzędzie wiertnicze.
