W sposobie tym, na przygotowaną powierzchnię materiału rodzimego natryskuje się drobiny materiałów powłokowych w postaci drutów, drutów proszkowych i/lub proszków zawierających węgliki metali, rozproszone w strumieniu natryskowym poprzez łuk elektryczny jako źródło ciepła w gazie transportującym, po uzyskaniu pożądanej grubości powierzchnię powłoki kompozytowej poddaje się obróbce cieplnej poprzez przetapianie, po czym mechanicznie doprowadza się ją do wymaganej chropowatości powierzchni roboczej.The subject of the application is a method of producing a composite coating improving the working surfaces of mechanically loaded elements. In this method, particles of coating materials in the form of wires, powder wires and / or powders containing metal carbides are sprayed onto the prepared surface of the native material, dispersed in the spray stream by an electric arc as a heat source in the transporting gas, after obtaining the desired thickness, the surface of the composite coating is subjected heat treatment by remelting, after which it is mechanically brought to the required roughness of the working surface.
