Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest podkładka ortopedyczna do siedzenia w kształcie klina. Podkładka jest wykonywana w procesie obróbki CNC z pianki polietylenowej chemicznie sieciowanej o odpowiedniej twardości od 40 do 50 kg/m3. Podkładka ortopedyczna posiada wyprofilowany korpus (6) z zagłębieniem (3) w celu utrzymania pozycji użytkownika, posiada pionowe (5) i poziome (2) kanały wentylacyjne zapewniające dopływ powietrza do skóry, posiada wypustki (4) dla lepszego ukrwienia skóry, jak również posiada wycięcie (1) na końcowy odcinek kręgosłupa w celu jego odciążenia i zwiększenia komfortu siedzenia. Dobrana twardość materiału zapobiega odkształceniom pod wpływem ciężaru użytkownika oraz umożliwia stabilne użytkowanie na różnych powierzchniach.
