Abstract

Narzędzia do rozdrabniania struktury w walcarce skośnej z dwoma walcami charakteryzują się tym, że składają się z dwóch walców (8, 9), przy czym pierwszy walec (8) od strony wejścia posiada pierwszą strefę wejściową (Ia) o tworzącej (1a) nachylonej do osi walca (10), pod kątem α1, z którą sąsiaduje pierwsza strefa ciągnąca (IIa) o powierzchni walcowej (2a) i średnicy d za którą znajduje się pierwsza strefa przeginająca (IIIa) o tworzącej (3a) nachylonej do osi walca (10), pod kątem β1. Za pierwszą strefą przeginającą (IIIa) znajduje się pierwsza strefa prostująca (IVa) o powierzchni walcowej (4a) i średnicy D1, za którą znajduje się pierwsza strefa odginająca (Va) o tworzącej (5a) nachylonej do osi walca (10), pod kątem γ1, następnie za pierwszą strefą odginającą (Va) znajduje się pierwsza strefa kalibrująca (VIa) o powierzchni walcowej (6a) i średnicy d, zaś na końcu walca znajduje się pierwsza strefa wyjściowa (VIIa) o tworzącej (7a) nachylonej do osi walca pod kątem δ1.The structure-refining tools in a skew rolling mill with two rolls are characterized in that they consist of two rolls (8, 9), the first roll (8) from the entrance side having a first input zone (Ia) with a generator (1a) inclined to cylinder axis (10), at the angle α1, adjacent to the first pulling zone (IIa) with a cylindrical surface (2a) and diameter d, behind which there is a first bending zone (IIIa) with a generator (3a) inclined to the axis of the cylinder (10) , at the angle β1.
