Abstract

Złącze rozporowe podwójne zwłaszcza do mebli zawiera: łącznik (A), dwa umieszczone symetrycznie względem łącznika stabilizatory (B), co najmniej jedną śrubę rzymską (C) oraz co najmniej dwie przeciwstawne i umieszczone po przeciwnych stronach łącznika (A) nakrętki (D) z których co najmniej jedna ma gwint prawy a co najmniej jedna gwint lewy, łącznik (A) stanowi środkowy element złącza i posiada co najmniej jeden, korzystnie dwa rozłożone symetrycznie otwory - gniazda pod śruby rzymski (C) oraz korzystnie co najmniej jeden ogranicznik z prowadnicami dla nakrętek (D), a ograniczniki z prowadnicami dla nakrętek (D) wystają ponad powierzchnię łącznika pod kątem prostym i są one na końcach zagięte ku środkowi łącznika. Stabilizator (B) umieszczone są symetrycznie po obu stronach na łączniku i każdy stabilizator (B) ma kształt odpowiadający gniazdom łączonych elementów, posiada on również dwa symetrycznie ułożone wypusty w kształcie półokręgów, w których znajdują się zaczepy oraz dwa ograniczniki dla rozwieranych nakrętek (D), a przez co najmniej jeden otwór stabilizatora oraz łącznika podczas montażu przechodzi co najmniej jedna śruba rzymska współpracująca z nakręconymi na nie nakrętkami, a każda śruba rzymska (C) w środkowej części posiada pierścień do zamontowania w gnieździe łącznika (A) oraz w górnym rdzeniu gniazdo na klucz imbusowy lub wkrętak, przy czym nakrętka (D) posiada pochylone powierzchnie o kształcie odpowiadającym pochylonym wewnętrznym powierzchnią gniazda łączonego elementu, a na powierzchniach tych znajdują się korzystnie gniazda na ograniczniki łącznika (A) oraz stabilizatora (B).Double expansion joint, especially for furniture, includes: connector (A), two stabilizers (B) placed symmetrically in relation to the connector, at least one turnbuckle (C) and at least two opposing and placed on opposite sides of the connector (A) nuts (D) with where at least one has a right-hand thread and at least one left-hand thread, the connector (A) is the central element of the joint and has at least one, preferably two symmetrically distributed holes - slots for turnbuckles (C) and preferably at least one stop with guides for the nuts (D), and the stops with guides for the nuts (D) protrude above the surface of the connector at a right angle and are bent at the ends towards the center of the connector. The stabilizer (B) is placed symmetrically on both sides of the connector and each stabilizer (B) has a shape corresponding to the sockets of the joined elements, it also has two symmetrically arranged lugs in the shape of semicircles, in which there are catches and two stops for the torn nuts (D) , and during assembly at least one turnbuckle passes through at least one opening of the stabilizer and the connector, working with nuts screwed on them, and each turnbuckle (C) in the central part has a ring to be mounted in the seat of the connector (A) and in the upper core a socket for an Allen key or a screwdriver, the nut (D) having inclined surfaces with a shape corresponding to the inclined inner surface of the socket of the connected element, and on these surfaces there are preferably seats for stops of the connector (A) and the stabilizer (B).
