Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest syntetyczny gen endonukleazy Cas9 posiadający sekwencję nukleotydową przedstawioną jako sekw.nr1. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także pustą kasetę kierująca sgRNA, oraz wypełnioną kasetę kierującą sgRNA. Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zestaw do wytwarzania systemu Cas9/sgRNA oraz sposób edytowania genomu rośliny jednoliściennej, zwłaszcza jęczmienia.
