Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment ozdobny ogrodzenia, stosowany w róznego rodzaju ogrodzeniach zwlaszcza przydomowych i ogrodowych. Umozliwia zbudowanie ogrodzenia w sposób prosty, funkcjonalny i jednoczesnie ozdobny. Moze byc szeroko stosowany zarówno w ogrodnictwie jak i w budownictwie, zwlaszcza przy wykonczeniu balkonów i tarasów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie, przy czym ksztalt przedstawiony jest schematycznie na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia segment ozdobny ogrodzenia w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia sposób szybkiego montazu segmentu, fig3 przedstawia w widoku z przodu górna czesc elementu segmentu, z których to elementów utworzony jest segment, a fig 4 przedstawia element segmentu w widoku z boku, ponadto segment w calosci jest przedstawiony na zalaczonej kolorowej odbitce. Oryginalnosc ksztaltu wzoru w odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju segmentów ogrodzenia, przejawia sie w tym, ze ma charakterystyczne elementy segmentu 1, ma dolna plyte ochronna 2 oraz ze jest w sposób rozlaczny montowany do slupków ogrodzenia. Ksztalt elementów segmentu 1 przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig 4 przedstawia element w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 element w widoku z przodu. Cecha istotna tak uksztaltowanego elementu jest to, ze z wygladu przypomina weza kobre gotowego do ataku. Szybki a jednoczesnie pewny sposób laczenia, przedstawiony jest w widoku "A" na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie wyodrebniono czop slupka 3, sworzen 4 oraz zasuwke 5. Tak uksztaltowany sposób polaczenia jest estetyczny i nie wymaga specjalnych narzedzi. Dolna plyta ochronna 2, stanowiaca istotna czesc segmentu jest równiez rozlacznie montowana doslupka ogrodzenia za pomoca znanych zaczepów wycietych bezposrednio w plycie. Przedstawione wyzej cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie calosci segmentu ogrodzenia, z charakterystycznym zakonczeniem elementów w postaci atakujacej kobry oraz charakterystycznymi elementami montazu sa oryginalne i ze wzgledu na unikalny wyglad calosci, sa nowoscia na rynku. It allows for the construction of a fence in a simple, functional, and decorative manner. It can be widely used in both gardening and construction, especially for finishing balconies and terraces. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, which is schematically shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative fence segment from a front view, Fig. 2 illustrates the method of quick assembly of the segment, Fig. 3 shows the front view of the upper part of the segment element, from which the segment is formed, and Fig. 4 shows the segment element from a side view. Furthermore, the entire segment is shown in the attached color print. The uniqueness of this design's shape compared to known fence segments of this type is demonstrated by its characteristic segment 1 elements, its lower protective plate 2, and its detachable assembly to the fence posts. The shape of segment 1 elements is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 4 shows the element from the side, and Fig. 4 shows the element from the front. A significant feature of this design is that it resembles a cobra snake ready to strike. The quick and secure connection method is shown in view "A" of the attached drawing, which highlights the post pin 3, pin 4, and latch 5. This connection method is aesthetically pleasing and requires no special tools. The lower protective plate 2, which constitutes a significant part of the segment, is also detachably mounted to the fence post using well-known hooks cut directly into the plate. The essential features of the industrial design presented above: the shape of the entire fence segment, with its characteristic attacking cobra-shaped ending, and the characteristic mounting elements are original and, due to the unique appearance of the entire structure, are new to the market.
