Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wielofunkcyjny energetyczny panel słoneczny przeznaczony do odbioru za pomocą nowego modułu termicznego ciepła słonecznego i jego magazynowania w nowej wnęce (1) na potrzeby użytkowe obiektu oraz dodatkowo wytwarzania energii elektrycznej za pomocą nowego modułu fotowoltaicznego ogniw fotowoltaicznych starej lub nowej generacji w nowych zestaleniach kompozytowych płyty kompensacyjnej nośnej (2) z warstwową płytą ceramiczną (3) na nowym łożu nośnym (4) przewodów rurowych (5) do przenoszenia czynnika grzewczo-chłodzącego do wymiennika.
