Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób minimalizacji chropowatości powierzchni podczas 5-osiowego frezowania powierzchni krzywoliniowych, w którym pierwszej kolejności przeprowadza się co najmniej trzy przejścia robocze narzędzia (1) obejmujące frezowanie frezem kulistym lub torusowym powierzchni płaskich na pięcioosiowej frezarce, przy czym każde z przejść roboczych narzędzia przeprowadzane jest z inną zadaną wartością kąta pochylenia osi frezu β1, β2, ..., zawartą w przedziale 0° ≤ β ≤ 60° i stałymi wartościami pozostałych parametrów skrawania: osiowej głębokości skrawania ap, prędkości skrawania νc oraz promieniowej głębokości skrawania ae, z zachowaniem odległości wierszowania br > ae, następnie dokonuje się pomiarów rozpatrywanego parametru chropowatości powierzchni (2), wzdłuż wykonanych rowków w obrobionym przedmiocie i na podstawie pomiarów ustala się (4) pochylenie osi frezu o niezmienną w funkcji toru narzędzia wartość kąta βopt.The subject of the application is a method of minimizing surface roughness during 5-axis milling of curvilinear surfaces, in which at least three working passes of the tool (1) are carried out in the first place, including milling flat surfaces with a ball or torus cutter on a five-axis milling machine, each of the working passes of the tool being carried out is with a different set value of the inclination angle of the cutter axis β1, β2, ..., contained in the range of 0° ≤ β ≤ 60° and constant values of the other cutting parameters: axial depth of cut ap, cutting speed νc and radial depth of cut ae, while maintaining rowing distance br > ae, then the considered surface roughness parameter (2) is measured, along the grooves made in the workpiece, and based on the measurements (4) the inclination of the cutter axis is determined by the value of the angle βopt, which is constant as a function of the tool path.
