Abstract

Niniejsze zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu selektywnego odzysku cyny z zawierającego cynę materiału, korzystnie złomu elektronicznego, a zwłaszcza płytek z obwodami drukowanymi, który to sposób obejmuje wstępną obróbkę materiału zawierającego cynę, selektywne roztwarzanie wstępnie obrobionego materiału dla selektywnego wytrącenia związków cyny obejmujące wystawienie wstępnie obrobionego materiału zawierającego cynę na działanie kąpieli zmywającej zawierającej kwas azotowy (V) oraz wyodrębnianie cyny z kąpieli zmywającej w postaci tlenku cyny (IV). Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowania rozcieńczonego kwasu azotowego jako kąpieli zmywającej do selektywnego zmywania cyny oraz reaktora użytecznego do selektywnego roztwarzania zawierającego cynę materiału. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest, ponadto, sposób oczyszczania ditlenku cyny zanieczyszczonego tlenkami ołowiu z wytworzeniem cyny metalicznej na drodze obróbki termicznej prowadzonej w obecności nowego topnika oraz zastosowanie nowego topnika jako środowiska do prowadzenia termicznej redukcji ditlenku cyny do cyny metalicznej.The present application relates to a method of selectively recovering tin from a tin-containing material, preferably electronic scrap, and in particular a printed circuit board, the method comprising pre-treating the tin-containing material, selectively digesting a pretreated material to selectively precipitate tin compounds, including exposing a pre-treated tin-containing material. to the action of the washing bath containing nitric acid (V) and the isolation of the tin from the washing bath in the form of tin (IV) oxide. The subject of the application is, moreover, a method of purifying tin dioxide contaminated with lead oxides to produce tin metal by thermal treatment in the presence of a new flux, and the use of a new flux as an environment for thermal reduction of tin dioxide to tin metal.
