Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest, ponadto, sposób oczyszczania ditlenku cyny zanieczyszczonego tlenkami ołowiu z wytworzeniem cyny metalicznej na drodze obróbki termicznej prowadzonej w obecności nowego topnika oraz zastosowanie nowego topnika jako środowiska do prowadzenia termicznej redukcji ditlenku cyny do cyny metalicznej.The present application relates to a method of selectively recovering tin from a tin-containing material, preferably electronic scrap, and in particular a printed circuit board, the method comprising pre-treating the tin-containing material, selectively digesting a pretreated material to selectively precipitate tin compounds, including exposing a pre-treated tin-containing material. to the action of the washing bath containing nitric acid (V) and the isolation of the tin from the washing bath in the form of tin (IV) oxide. The subject of the application is, moreover, a method of purifying tin dioxide contaminated with lead oxides to produce tin metal by thermal treatment in the presence of a new flux, and the use of a new flux as an environment for thermal reduction of tin dioxide to tin metal.
