Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka betonowa zawierająca 370 kg/m3 cementu, 160 kg/m3 wody, 290 kg/m3 żwiru frakcje 8 - 16 mm, 590 kg/m3 żwiru frakcje 2 - 8 mm, piasek 1000 kg/ m3, pory powietrza w otoczce z polimeru korzystnie akrylonitrylowego 3,5 kg/ m3, domieszkę redukującą ilość wody 2,5 kg/m3.Ujawnione zostały także zmodyfikowane składy mieszanki, dzięki którym osiąga się odpowiednie parametry betonu, takie jak: wytrzymałość na ściskanie, wytrzymałość na rozciąganie przy rozłupywaniu, nasiąkliwość, mrozoodporność, odporność na ścieranie.The subject of the notification is a concrete mix containing 370 kg / m3 of cement, 160 kg / m3 of water, 290 kg / m3 of gravel, fractions 8 - 16 mm, 590 kg / m3 of gravel, fractions 2 - 8 mm, sand 1000 kg / m3, air pores in the shell made of a polymer, preferably acrylonitrile, 3.5 kg / m3, an admixture reducing the amount of water 2.5 kg / m3. Modified composition of the mixture was also disclosed, thanks to which the appropriate parameters of concrete are achieved, such as: compressive strength, tensile strength when splitting, water absorption, frost resistance, abrasion resistance.
